New Years Rockin Eve

It's New Years eve! Time to express gratitude for the past year and time to celebrate a new year of possibilities.

Plans have been made, champagne ( or sparkling cider) is chilling and a lot of you will be hosting parties, or attending get together's to ring in the new year.

Sparky ( my husband Bob) and I will be snuggled up on our couch under a warm blanket. I'll be clutching my box of tissues (I'm ringing in the new year with a bad head cold) and he'll be trying to snuggle without getting cooties, giggle. We'll watch Dick Clark's Rockin' Eve and try and keep our eyes open long enough to see the ball drop.
We'll raise our glass to each of you and send Happy New Years wishes your way. May it be filled with abundant love, happiness and good health.

Music The Universal Language

Most of you know through my website that I am a music lover. Jazz followed closely by everything else. I am always on the look out for new talent to promote on my site in the music category. I believe music ( as well as love) is the universal language.

Lately I've noticed a bit of a trend on the blogs I've been visiting. Music. All kinds of music. Spiritual, smooth jazz,rock, and country songs all adding to the blog experience.

I like to consider myself  a woman of independent thought. But, in this instance I'm thinking that it would be a pleasant addition to my blog to add some music. Some soft relaxing, pleasant sounds to enjoy while you visit.
